Oatmeal and Papaya Shake (Weight Loss Drink)





 If you are looking for something filling and nutritious which will help you to lose weight, then you might want to try this recipe. Oatmeal breakfasts are very filling and rich in fibre and essential daily Vitamins such as B, E and K.
Papaya is (Paw Paw) is an excellent source of dietary fibre, vitamin A, C and E.  These vitamins help to increase metabolism, boosts the immune  system and is very important in maintaining and balancing your overall health.
 One of the best features about Papaya is its enzyme , “Papain ” which is said to break down protein, increases metabolism which helps you to burn more fat,and carbohydrates as well.
Try this drink with a Granola bar as a breakfast substitute and you will be amazed at how good your body will look and feel.
INGREDIENTS
One peeled seedless Papaya (Paw Paw)
½ Cup of  uncooked Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
(Sweetener is optional)
1 Cup of spring water
Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Serve chilled
 Dieters Oatmeal and Papaya Shake is very delicious and filling drink that will make you feel like  you had an entire meal.  This is an excellent meal substitute for dieters and weight watchers.

Lemon Bath Scrub- Get Soft Skin



As we get older, we often look for inexpensive ways to maintain and preserve the youthfulness of our skin.  Aging is a natural process of life, however factors such as sun exposure, smoking, improper diet and genetics can help to cause premature aging. There are ways to slow down the ageing hands of time by simply making your own products right there in the comfort of your home. Epsom Salt is an ingredient rich in minerals and hydrating content which will help to soften, moisturize and banish those fine lines away from your body.
An excellent Bath Remedy is my “ Lemon Bath Scrub”
. It is affordable, easy to make, smells yummy and you will leave your shower feeling fresh and clean.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of Epsom Salt
1 Table Spoon of Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Combine Epsom salt, Coconut oil and lemon juice in a large bowl until fully incorporated. Apply to the rough areas of the body for a more softer and youthful glow
This body scrub will give you a brighter, softer, more supple complexion. It is also excellent for softening calluses on feet.
As I always say, when life gives you lemons, make a facial cleanser… in this case make a body scrub.

Repair Split Ends-Fast




You can now create your own DIY Deep Conditioner at home. This recipe will strengthen your hair, soften and stop breakage.
Bananas are Rich in Potassium which helps to stop breakage and promotes strength by boosting hair’s elasticity.
Eggs are a rich source of protein, which helps to boost the keratin content in hair strands to make it stronger and healthier.
Coconut oil is very rich in Vitamin A, which moisturizes and nourishes the hair and scalp. It also promotes hair growth and fights dry scalp
Ingredients:
1Ripe Banana
1 Egg White
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a blender until all ingredients are completely combined.
Apply this homemade conditioner to damp hair, then cover with a plastic cap for 30-40 mins
Rinse and style as usual.
